This regulation complements Printoteca Marketplace Terms and Conditions of Use and [Sellers Guide](https://help.printoteca.ro/ro/article/sellers -guide-marketplace-1atekps/?bust=1713527468515) and refers specifically to the content you can upload to your store on the Printoteca website. The second part of the regulation includes the selection criteria for vendors.

Your Marketplace Content Once the vendor account is approved, all products created are automatically approved. If, following periodic checks, we find violations of this regulation, your vendor account will be suspended, so we encourage you to be responsible when adding new products and to ask for feedback on hello@printoteca.ro when you are not sure that what loading is ok.

Graphics quality: You must upload files with a resolution of 300 dpi at 1:1 scale, RGB mode and transparent background. Products generated with graphics that do not meet these standards are non-compliant and will result in account suspension.
Graphics comply with Anti Fake & Hate policy
Graphics are original, created by the vendor. Printoteca Marketplace does not sell content from stock image platforms.

3-5 colors per product After you have configured the new products, we check them and make sure they meet all the requirements for a #goodprint! As soon as they get the green light your products will be available in the Marketplace. If a product is rejected even though it meets the content conditions, it doesn't mean that your graphics aren't good, just that, in our experience, they won't be successful on printed products. Complete information may not be provided in the graphic description, and the person who approved may not have fully understood your message. Do not hesitate to contact us for an elaborate feed-back (we always appreciate a friendly tone and a constructive attitude).

Track sales from Dashboard. Commissions are paid between the 15th and 30th of the month following the month in which the sales were made. After drawing up the payment documents, the payment is made in the next 7-10 working days. Take into account, therefore, that for the sales of one month, you will receive the commission sometime in the next 30 days. When will my order be ready? Order processing time.

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) at Printoteca is our forecast regarding when an order might be delivered to the end customer. EDT is the sum of the estimated production time and the estimated courier service time. Think of it as:

| estimated production time + estimated courier service time = estimated delivery time

Our average production time is 1-5 working days for all products. When calculating the estimated production time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity. Over 80% of the orders received are ready within two working days from placing the order.

The estimated courier service time varies depending on the courier service provider and the region where the delivery is made.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. You may receive the order after the EDT due to reasons such as:

Issues with design files
Products being out of stock
Delivery delays, such as failed delivery attempts or unforeseen events

While we strive to have all our products in stock, there are cases where a particular product may not be immediately available. This can be due to high demand for that product or the complex manufacturing processes required to produce that specific product. In such situations, the estimated processing and delivery time may be longer, generally between 7 and 12 working days.

Q: Can I print outside the marked area?

The dotted area in the product configurator represents the maximum print area, which for t-shirts is 40x50 cm. If you have a specific project where the print exceeds this area, please send us a message at hello@printoteca.ro with more details. We’ll do our best to find the optimal solution or recommend alternative customization methods!

All decorated products at Printoteca are made to order (print on demand). Please allow 1 to 5 business days for production. Delivery times are added to production times. For more details on how the estimated delivery time is calculated, refer to the article here.

National Shipping (Romania)

National delivery is handled through door-to-door courier or locker services, completed within 24–48 hours. Our internal system routes couriers based on quality criteria to ensure the best delivery service.

Courier:

Up to 2 kg: 15.90 lei
2–3 kg: 16.90 lei
3–5 kg: 17.90 lei
Over 5 kg: Free

Locker (Easybox):

Note: Locker service is unavailable for fulfillment orders via automatic integrations with external sales channels like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy.

Up to 5 kg: 11.90 lei

International Shipping (EU)

Currently, automated international delivery is only available within the European Union. For other countries, please contact us via email at hello@printoteca.ro or chat.

EU Standard Shipping (3–7 business days):

Up to 0.5 kg (2–3 t-shirts): 31 lei
0.5–1 kg: 45 lei
1–2 kg: 68 lei
60–100 lei for up to 20 kg (with confirmation).

EU Express Shipping (24–48 hours):

Up to 2 kg: 180 lei

Why my colours didn't match my screen?

Accepted Answer

If the printed product doesn’t have the same colors as on your screen, it’s likely that you chose a color outside the printable spectrum. Most printers operate within the sRGB color space, but with Kornit technology, we can print within the Adobe RGB space (the triangle outlined in white). However, even with this capability, certain colors, especially purples and reds, may not appear exactly as on your screen if they fall outside the triangle.

A shade outside the printable spectrum is flagged in editing software with a warning symbol.

If you’re using red in your design, keep the following in mind: pure red (255, 0, 0) will appear orange when printed. Replace the color code with 237, 52, 62 for a more vibrant red.
