On the new Printoteca.ro platform, the Brands section allows you to configure and manage one or more brands, ensuring a personalized and consistent experience for your customers. Here's what you can do in this section:

1. Configure Custom Labels

In the Brands section, you can add custom labels for your products. This process is detailed step-by-step in our guide, which you can consult here. Custom labels are an excellent way to define and highlight your brand, offering customers a unique and distinctive experience.

2. Customize the Packing Slip

In the Brands section, you can customize the Packing Slip that accompanies every order. You have the option to include:

• A thank-you message for the customer.
• Your brand's story.
• Contact details, such as email address and phone number.
• Links to your social media profiles to facilitate customer connection.

3. Ship Orders with a Personalized Packing Slip

All orders associated with a specific brand will be shipped from Printoteca with the Packing Slip you configured. This slip will be printed and included in the package, ensuring every customer receives a complete brand experience, even in small details like packaging.

This feature enables you to efficiently manage your visual identity and communication with customers, contributing to a strong and consistent brand image.

Step by step: setting up a brand

Account → Brands → Add new brand.

1. Enter the name of your brand.
2. Upload your brand logo.
3. Click Create to finalise the brand setup.
4. Select your brand colour — this is the colour used on the packing slips.

The Packing slip tab

Move to the Packing slip tab, set your template, and save it.

The Labels tab

Switch to the Labels tab and upload your label. The label will be applied or printed inside the garment's neck.

For each label:

• Give it a descriptive name.

  We recommend putting "dark" or "white" in the name. Labels have no preview when you're configuring a product, so the name is the only way to tell them apart — and picking the wrong one means a white label on a white garment.

• Upload more labels if required. You can use as many labels as you need.

Once your brand is set up, its labels become selectable when you configure a product.
