3-5 colors per product
After you have configured the new products, we check them and make sure they meet all the requirements for a #goodprint! As soon as they get the green light your products will be available in the Marketplace.
If a product is rejected even though it meets the content conditions, it doesn't mean that your graphics aren't good, just that, in our experience, they won't be successful on printed products. Complete information may not be provided in the graphic description, and the person who approved may not have fully understood your message. Do not hesitate to contact us for an elaborate feed-back (we always appreciate a friendly tone and a constructive attitude).
Track sales from Dashboard.
Commissions are paid between the 15th and 30th of the month following the month in which the sales were made.
After drawing up the payment documents, the payment is made in the next 7-10 working days. Take into account, therefore, that for the sales of one month, you will receive the commission sometime in the next 30 days. Payments are made only if a commission of at least 100 lei has been collected. below this value, the commission is carried over to the following month. Read the Terms and conditions of use of the Marketplace for complete information.

Every time an order comes for a product from your store, you will also receive an email - it is a transparent way to follow the evolution of orders in real time.
Canceled orders or returns are not charged.
Promote your store. Each store has a unique link that you can share on social media platforms or promote however you think will attract more sales. If you want a special campaign for your products, contact a Printoteca representative.
What type of content will NOT be approved on the Printoteca marketplace:
Products that do not comply with the Fake & Hate policy
Graphics generated with AI that do not comply with the Printoteca Marketplace policy for this type of content
Products that contain graphics taken from stock image platforms, whether they are paid for or not
Products that reproduce funny messages, well-known jokes, rendered through a typo, which are not supported by elaborate visual content
Flooding (excessive loading of products) is not allowed, we reserve the right to limit the number of loading products to maintain the variety and visibility of all vendors in the marketplace.
Duplicate products
Similar products (the graphic is slightly different from an already uploaded graphic or the graphic is applied to products with a similar cut/look)
Products that have more than 5 selected colors or randomly selected colors, without matching the uploaded graphics
products with inappropriate graphics for the background(s) it was applied to (black on black, white on white, etc.)
images without a transparent background consisting of a solid rectangle
raw scanned images
photos of the "personal archive" type, without artistic content (photos from vacations, photos of flowers in the garden)
Graphics incompatible with DTG print (it is not an obligation, but we recommend that you try a DTG print at least once before opening an online store)
