How do I have to prepare the image for the product configurator?
By uploading graphic materials to the Printoteca website, you confirm that you have reviewed the documentation and are fully responsible for the quality and content of the materials.
- Files must be scaled, have a resolution of 300 DPI, and use the RGB color mode.
- We will not make any changes to the uploaded content.
- The background of the uploaded design will be printed as is. If you want your graphic to be printed without a background, you must upload it with a transparent background.
- We are not responsible for errors generated by the use of the product configurator. It is your responsibility to check your content before uploading and validating it.
- You will receive a copy of your order via email. If you notice any errors in the uploaded graphic, you can contact us to send a new file before receiving the order confirmation email.
- No changes can be made to the graphic after the order confirmation email is sent.
- The product configurator provides a general interpretation of how your uploaded graphic will be positioned. The final appearance of the product will be influenced by the chosen product's size and actual proportions. Please check the size charts for each product to better understand how the final product will look.
- If the size of the t-shirt does not allow customization at the size uploaded in the configurator, we reserve the right to proportionally resize the image.
- The product configurator offers a digital interpretation of the colors in your design, which may differ slightly in contrast and saturation from the printed product. If you are uncertain about how your graphic will look when printed, you have the option to order a sample or visit a Printoteca showroom.
