Delivery and Production Information

All decorated products at Printoteca are made to order (print on demand). Please allow 1 to 5 business days for production. Delivery times are added to production times. For more details on how the estimated delivery time is calculated, refer to the article here.

National Shipping (Romania)

National delivery is handled through door-to-door courier or locker services, completed within 24–48 hours. Our internal system routes couriers based on quality criteria to ensure the best delivery service.

Courier:

- Up to 2 kg: 15.90 lei
- 2–3 kg: 16.90 lei
- 3–5 kg: 17.90 lei
- Over 5 kg: Free

Locker (Easybox):

Note: Locker service is unavailable for fulfillment orders via automatic integrations with external sales channels like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy.

- Up to 5 kg: 11.90 lei

International Shipping (EU)

Currently, automated international delivery is only available within the European Union. For other countries, please contact us via email at hello@printoteca.ro or chat.

EU Standard Shipping (3–7 business days):

- Up to 0.5 kg (2–3 t-shirts): 31 lei
- 0.5–1 kg: 45 lei
- 1–2 kg: 68 lei
- 60–100 lei for up to 20 kg (with confirmation).

EU Express Shipping (24–48 hours):

- Up to 2 kg: 180 lei

Additional Services

Own Courier:

Choosing this service requires sending your shipping labels immediately after placing the order. Printoteca is not responsible for managing the relationship with third-party couriers.

- Fee: 3 lei

Pickup from Printoteca:

When picking up your order from our headquarters, please provide the order number.

- Fee: 9.90 lei
