Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) at Printoteca

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) at Printoteca represents our forecast for when an order might be delivered to the end customer. The EDT combines the estimated production time and the estimated courier service time. Think of it as:

Estimated Production Time + Estimated Courier Service Time = Estimated Delivery Time

Production Time

Our average production time is 1–5 business days for all products. When calculating production time, we consider the current order volume and our production capacity. Over 80% of orders are ready within two business days after being placed.

Courier Service Time

The estimated courier service time depends on the courier provider and the region where the order is being delivered.

Important Notes

The Estimated Delivery Time is an estimate, not a guarantee. You may receive your order after the EDT due to factors such as:

- Design file issues
- Products out of stock
- Delivery delays, such as failed delivery attempts or unforeseen events

While we strive to keep all products in stock, there may be instances when a product is not immediately available. This could be due to high demand or complex manufacturing processes required for that specific product. In such cases, the processing and delivery time may extend to 7–12 business days.

All products at Printoteca are made on demand, so it’s essential to note that EDT is only an estimate. Exceptional circumstances may influence delivery times, such as seasonal peaks, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.
