General Content Rules

By uploading content to the Printoteca website, you confirm that the materials uploaded do not violate any legal provisions or third-party rights, such as copyright, trademark protection, or personal rights, and that you have read and agree to Printoteca's Content Rules. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and cancel orders if the rules listed below are not followed.

Please verify the legal status of the materials you upload. If you have doubts about your right to use them, contact the author or owner to obtain permission.

By uploading content, you agree that:

- You have the legal right to use it.
- You will not print unofficial promotional materials such as names, logos, images, or other intellectual property belonging to musical groups, sports teams, clubs, organizations, or characters, images, actors from cartoons, comic books, movies, TV shows, etc.
- You will not use trademarks, company names, or logos without authorization.
- You will not print photos, caricatures, or other graphical material depicting public figures. Taking a photo of a public figure does not grant you the right to create printed products with those images, even if you edit/alter the image.
- You will not promote hate speech, discrimination, or any other content that could harm the dignity of others.
- You understand that we act based on your request and are not obligated to verify or confirm the legality of the content you upload. You are directly responsible for any conflict arising from it.
- You accept responsibility for any costs incurred due to your use of illegal content on the Printoteca sales platform.

Graphic materials suspected of violating legal provisions, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, or trademark rights infringement, will be immediately rejected without notice and will not be printed.

If your design or text is removed and you believe this is a mistake, please email us at hello@printoteca.ro with proof of ownership, usage rights, or any other evidence of the content's legality to resolve the issue.
