Credits and Sales is where the money side of your account lives: what you've earned, what you can spend, and what you can withdraw.

Account → Credits and Sales.

Your balance

The top of the page shows your current balance and what it's made of.

Buying credits

You can buy credits to top up the balance.

Why it matters: with credits on your balance, orders are confirmed automatically and paid from that balance — you don't have to pay each order individually as it comes in. For a shop receiving orders while you sleep, that's the difference between fulfilment starting immediately and orders waiting for you.

Requesting a payout

To withdraw funds, choose Request Payout.

Keep tax considerations in mind — a payout is income, and how it's treated depends on your situation and whether you operate as a company.

Credit transactions history

The detailed list shows:

• products sold on the Marketplace and the commission on each
• orders received from your connected selling channels

Sales history

Your complete sales records, separate from the credit movements.
