Modifying Graphics for an Order in Production



A paid order can enter production within minutes of the status update. If you wish to modify the graphics for an order already in production, you must contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that the graphics will be replaced.

If you need to modify the graphics for an already placed order, please follow the steps below:

1. Sending the New Graphics


Please send the updated graphic via a WeTransfer link as soon as possible. It is crucial that we receive the file quickly to check the status of your order.

2. Production and Delivery Delays


Keep in mind that requesting a modification may delay the production process and, consequently, the delivery of your order. Additionally, there is a possibility that by the time you send the updated graphic, the order is already in production, making it impossible to implement changes.

3. Confirmation of Modification


After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether the modification was possible or if the order had already been processed.
