When you connect your online store to the Printoteca platform, you remain the one who manages the commercial relationship with the end customer. This means:
Your customer places an order in your store.
You receive the payment directly from your customer.
The order is automatically sent to Printoteca.
We produce and ship the order on your behalf (white-label).
You pay us only for the production cost, according to the prices listed in the platform.
Every order received in the platform is accompanied by an invoice.
The invoice is issued in your name (or your company’s name) and includes only the production and shipping cost.
You can choose automatic payment by card or pay each order manually.
