# Where do I find my invoice?

At Printoteca, we are committed to providing a convenient and eco-friendly experience for our customers. As part of our dedication to the environment, we operate as a paperless company, meaning you will receive your invoice in digital format.

For every order, we will send the invoice via email. If you are a legal entity, you can download it directly from the **ANAF e-invoice portal** or it may already be available in your accounting software.

If you haven’t received it within **5 business days**, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.
