# When will my order be ready? Order processing time.

Most orders are ready to ship within **2–5 working days**, and reach you within **5–7 working days total**, door to door in Romania.

## How we calculate it

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) = Production Time + Courier Delivery Time.

**Production time: 2–5 working days.** The exact time depends on:
- the decoration method (screen printing and embroidery need more preparation than DTG/DTF)
- whether the garment is in stock
- the quantity ordered

**Courier delivery in Romania: typically 1–2 working days** after your order ships, via FedEx.

**Total typical time: 5–7 working days**, from placing the order to delivery.

## This is an estimate, not a guarantee

Production and delivery times are estimates. Your order can take longer because of:
- issues with your design files
- a garment being temporarily out of stock at our supplier
- courier delays (failed delivery attempts, weather, seasonal peaks)

If a garment is out of stock, we add the supplier's restock time to your order, and we proactively suggest an equivalent alternative model (for example, the Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 is a common equivalent) — sometimes with a voucher covering any price difference. You can choose to wait for restock, accept the alternative, or cancel that item for a refund.

We don't guarantee a hard delivery date. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us **before ordering** so we can confirm it's realistic.
