What happens when a product in your order is out of stock
If a garment in your order is out of stock at our supplier, we reach out to you before doing anything — we don't substitute or delay silently.
Why this happens
We print on demand, and garment stock is managed by our suppliers (mainly Stanley/Stella). Occasionally a specific model, color, or size runs out between the moment you order and the moment we start production. When this happens on your order, we contact you proactively — you won't have to notice a delay and ask.
Your options
When we reach out, you can choose:
- Wait for restock. We'll tell you the impact on your delivery estimate so you can decide if the wait works for you.
- Accept an equivalent alternative model. We offer a close match in fabric and fit — for the Stanley/Stella line, the common equivalent is the Creator 2.0. In some cases, if the alternative costs more, we cover the difference with a voucher.
- Cancel that item for a refund. If neither option works, we refund the affected item. The rest of your order (if it has other items) is not affected.
Impact on your delivery time
Choosing to wait for restock adds the supplier's lead time to your order — we do not have an exact restock date to promise upfront, since this depends on the supplier's own schedule. Choosing the equivalent model or a refund keeps your order moving without added delay.
If you have a deadline
Production estimates are estimates, not guarantees — we do not commit to hard delivery dates by default. If you have a fixed deadline (an event, a launch date), contact us before placing the order so we can confirm stock availability and, if needed, flag a rush option. For orders already placed with a tight deadline, see "I have an urgent order. What is the procedure?".
