Set your billing details — and the three fields people get wrong

Your billing details drive your invoices and, in some cases, how you're taxed. Filling them in once, correctly, saves a round of corrections later.

Where to find them

Account → Profile, then scroll down to the billing section.

If you have a default shipping address, you can fill that in on the same page.

The fields

Legal company name
Fill in your legal company name if you have a company. Leave it blank if you don't.

⚠️ Don't put your brand name here. This field goes on the invoice, so it has to match your company registration exactly. Your brand name belongs in "Configure your POD brand."

Company registration number
Numbers only.

Even if you don't have a valid VIES or VAT number, fill this in — we'll tax you accordingly. See "I'm not paying VAT but it's mandatory to fill my country code."

Postcode
Fill in your real postcode.

⚠️ Avoid filling six zeros. A placeholder postcode breaks invoicing and, for Romanian companies, can block the electronic invoice from being accepted.

Phone
Required — we need a way to reach you if something goes wrong with an order or a delivery.

Save

Click Save Changes. Done.
