# I want to change the design for a placed order.

# Modifying Graphics for an Order in Production

||| A paid order can enter production within minutes of the status update. If you wish to modify the graphics for an order already in production, you must contact us **immediately**. However, we cannot guarantee that the graphics will be replaced.

If you need to modify the graphics for an already placed order, please follow the steps below:

### 1. Sending the New Graphics
Please send the updated graphic via a **WeTransfer link** as soon as possible. It is crucial that we receive the file quickly to check the status of your order.

### 2. Production and Delivery Delays
Keep in mind that requesting a modification may delay the production process and, consequently, the delivery of your order. Additionally, there is a possibility that by the time you send the updated graphic, the order is already in production, making it impossible to implement changes.

### 3. Confirmation of Modification
After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether the modification was possible or if the order had already been processed.
