How to order a custom product on printoteca.ro — step by step

You don't need any design software installed. Everything happens in the browser, in our editor, and takes a few minutes.

1. Pick the category and the product

Open the main menu, go to Clothing and then to the category you want (for example T-shirts). Every model available for customisation is there.

Pick the model that suits you — for example Creator 2.0, organic cotton, modern fit. Click the name or the image to open the product page.

2. Open the design editor

The editor opens from the product page. You can put an image, a text, a logo — anything — on the product.

3. Upload your artwork

Upload the image from your computer. We accept PNG and JPEG.

For the best print result, use images of at least 300 DPI at the size you want them printed. A small image scaled up on a t-shirt will come out pixelated.

The image appears on the product instantly — you see exactly how the finished item will look, in real time.

4. Position the design

• Move the image with the mouse, resize it from the corners.
• The horizontal align button centres it in one click.
• The design must stay inside the dotted area — that's the printable surface.

5. Add text (optional)

Click Add text and type your message. You see it on the product as you type.

Select the text to open its options. Each element has more options than fit on screen — click the arrow to see the rest:

• Font — a full library, from classic to handwritten.
• Curve — arcs the text; fine-tune the curve with the slider. Perfect for round logos or styled slogans.
• Colour — full palette; drag the cursor to the exact shade and confirm.

6. Choose the product colour and size

The product colour is separate from the design colour. We have dozens of options.

Sizes run from XXS to 5XL, depending on the model.

7. Add to basket and review

Click Add to basket. A confirmation popup appears:

• View basket — open the basket and check the order.
• Continue Shopping — add another size or another product.

The basket shows the summary: product, price, taxes.

8. Complete the order

Click Checkout and fill in:

1. Email address — this is where the order confirmation and delivery status go.
2. Shipping address, phone and the remaining details — all on one page.
3. Payment method — card or other available methods. Payment is secured through Stripe.
4. Terms and conditions — tick to confirm you've read them.

9. Final check

Before payment you see the complete summary: product, address, net price, shipping, VAT and total. Everything is shown transparently — no surprise costs.

Click Pay order and the order is placed. We receive your design, print it in our workshop and ship it by courier to the address you gave.
