# How does payment work when you connect your store to the Printoteca platform?

When you connect your online store to the Printoteca platform, **you remain the one who manages the commercial relationship with the end customer**. This means:

### ✅ You sell – we fulfill

* Your customer places an order in your store.
    
* You receive the payment directly from your customer.
    
* The order is automatically sent to Printoteca.
    
* We produce and ship the order on your behalf (white-label).
    
* You pay us only for the production cost, according to the prices listed in the platform.

### 💳 How do you pay Printoteca?

* Every order received in the platform is accompanied by an invoice.
    
* The invoice is issued in your name (or your company’s name) and includes only the production and shipping cost.
    
* You can choose automatic payment by card or pay each order manually.
