Can we print on garments you supply? Our policy

No — for standard orders, we only print on garments from our own catalog, not on garments or materials you supply yourself. There are two exceptions: bulk orders of at least 25 pieces, and vetted collaborating designers.


Our policy


We don't accept customer-supplied garments, blanks, or materials for standard (small) orders — this applies whether you want to bring your own t-shirt, hoodie, tote bag, or any other item for us to print or embroider on.


Exceptions


  • Bulk orders of at least 25 pieces. If your order meets this minimum, contact us and we'll evaluate the request.
  • Vetted collaborating designers. Designers we already work with as approved partners may, in specific cases, supply their own materials for testing or production.


Outside of these two cases, we're not able to make an exception.


Why we don't do this


We can only guarantee print quality, durability, and our reprint/return policy on garments that come through our own supply chain — we know exactly how our printing methods (DTG, DTF, embroidery, screen printing) behave on our stock. On a garment we haven't sourced or tested, we can't control quality the same way, and any print quality issue becomes very hard to resolve fairly.


Alternatives


  • Browse our catalog. We carry a wide range of garment models and fabrics (cotton, technical fabrics, and more) — there's a good chance an equivalent to what you have in mind is already available.
  • If you're looking for a "blank" look, note that we don't sell fully unprinted garments either — see "Products and services we don't offer — and where to find them" for the discreet inner-label alternative.


If you qualify for the bulk exception or you're an approved collaborating designer, contact us with your quantity and details and we'll take it from there.
