Bulk & wholesale orders: minimums, pricing tiers, and how to get a B2B quote
There's no minimum order for our printed catalog products — you can order a single piece. Unit price drops as quantity goes up, with the biggest drops above roughly 50 pieces, and orders above 200 pieces get a personalized quote from our sales team.
Pricing tiers
- 1 piece — no minimum. Every catalog product can be ordered as a single item.
- Up to ~50 pieces — standard per-unit pricing shown in the configurator, decreasing gradually with quantity.
- Above ~50 pieces — noticeably better per-unit pricing.
- Above 200 pieces — a personalized B2B quote from our sales team, tailored to your exact specs.
The exact price for your order is always shown in the configurator or in your quote — it depends on garment, print technique, number of colors, and quantity.
Minimums for specific print options
Some print options have their own minimum order quantity, regardless of the general catalog minimum:
- All-over print (full garment coverage): minimum 100 pieces.
- Limited-zone print (a defined print area up to 40×50 cm): minimum 25 pieces.
- Screen printing (serigrafie): cost-effective from about 50 pieces upward, and works with 1–4 spot colors. Below that quantity, digital printing (DTG/DTF) is typically the better option — see "Choosing between DTG and DTF for garment printing".
Payment options for bulk and B2B orders
- Bank transfer (OP) is available for B2B orders, in addition to our standard payment methods.
- Recurring contracts: if you order regularly, we can set up special pricing, production priority, and reserved stock — our sales team handles this case by case.
How to get a B2B quote
To get an accurate quote as fast as possible, include:
- Quantity (or quantity per SKU, if you need several garment types/sizes)
- Garment model(s) you want, or tell us the use case and we'll suggest options
- Number of colors / print technique (screen printing, DTG, DTF, embroidery)
- Deadline, if you have one
If you have a hard deadline tied to an event, tell us before ordering — we can flag stock and production risks upfront rather than after you've placed the order. For color-critical or high-value bulk runs, we also recommend ordering a Swatch sample first (see "How to order samples from Printoteca").
